To do this, you need to choose a decoupage card or napkin on a nautical theme, or find it on the Internet and print a picture, for example, a sea maiden, a mermaid, a landscape or a ship. Using PVA glue, carefully glue the drawing onto the base. Separate parts of the picture (for example, a dress for a sea maiden, sand in a drawing with a landscape, a mermaid's tail, the deck and sails of a ship) are decorated with decorative elements in a nautical style (shells, pearls, quartz sand, small pebbles).

Take four smooth twigs so that their length is slightly longer than the side of the square burlap.
