Principle of operation

It is important to understand the physical essence of the process, how it works in practice. During the washing process, the dishes become noticeably warmer . The water evaporates from the surface and then settles on the cooler walls of the dishwasher. Such drops flow down by themselves. To enhance evaporation, at the end of washing the dishes are poured over with hot water that does not contain additional substances.

Difference from other types of drying

In some cases, intensive drying is also used. This system eliminates the need for fans. The movement of the air jets is ensured by the pressure drop. The body is equipped with a special channel that allows air to pass from the outside. Since the temperature inside the sump is lower than in the wash cabinet, nothing else needs to be done to circulate the air.

The fan and heating element in this case, as in the condensation dryer, are not needed . Drying is somewhat faster. However, it depends on the specifics of the specific system and the selected mode.

In the vast majority of cases, the choice has to be made between condensation drying and turbo drying. From an economic point of view, condensation is clearly preferable. However, it is not suitable if you need to dry the dishes quickly: you will have to wait several hours.

Most often, you have to put the cutlery in the evening so that the procedure is over during the night. Therefore, it is necessary for the correct choice to set a clear priority: speed or saving money.

It should be noted that manufacturers are modernizing approaches to drying washed dishes . Advanced designs often have a post-drying option. So, in the Electrolux technique there is a function of natural additional drying called AirDry. Additionally, it is worth paying attention to the class of work. Category A in condensing devices is very rare, much more often they belong to category B - that is, in some places, drops and drips will still remain.
